Hi, I've been using the bulk import feature to upload our new customers. We have two servers for our user accounts (AU and EU). I've just discovered that the bulk imports have been leaving out our EU and UK customers. They have unique external IDs and the fields are formatted correctly in the CSV.
Why are these users not included in the bulk upload?
