Hi 

Is there a feature available for automatically detecting groups that have unsolved tickets in their queue but lack an assigned agent?

Hi Pranesh!

There isn't a native way to do that yet but you may use a trigger to automatically assign tickets to a group for new upcoming tickets then use an automation to fix the other tickets without an agent assigned to them.
