Assigning a new group

I've created a new group but it's not automatically appearing as an assignee option. What am I missing?

Sometimes it takes a little time to show up. Might also try refreshing your browser.

Also, have you added one or more agents to the group?

Are you still facing the issue?

Please note that it may take some time that the group propagates fully to the account.

I would also check if the group has any agents assigned to it.

Thank you everyone for your advice! It's now working...just needed some time to show up
