I have multiple emails and tickets (12277921 and 12195678) outstanding with regard to our renewal. We have been approved for a downgrade in seats, but it's not reflected in our admin portal. Because of this, I cannot update payment and this is causing all of our support pages to be down affecting our customers experience. Please help!
